• You have 30 days from the date of purchase or up to 5 days before the holiday deadline, whichever comes first to initiate a return.

Conditions for a Refund:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our customer service at contact@holidaytree.com customer service email to notify us of the return.
2. Ship the item back to us, including the proof of purchase.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exclusions:

• Certain items such as clearance products are not be eligible for a refund, return or exchange. These will be clearly specified at the time of purchase.
• A restocking fee of 25% applies to returned items.
