- You have 30 days from the date of purchase or up to 5 days before the holiday deadline, whichever comes first to initiate a return.
Conditions for a Refund:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service at contact@holidaytree.com customer service email to notify us of the return.
- Ship the item back to us, including the proof of purchase.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exclusions:
- Certain items such as clearance products are not be eligible for a refund, return or exchange. These will be clearly specified at the time of purchase.
- A restocking fee of 25% applies to returned items.
